Anmeldung; Mit der Anmeldung (Post, Email, Telefon oder mündlich) gelten die AGB als vom meinem Gästen akzeptiert. Nach Erhalt der Anmeldung erhalten die Teilnehmer von dontdreamgo die nötigen weiteren Informationen. Bezahlung; Bei Tagestouren erfolgt die Bezahlung nach der Tour in bar. Bei Mehrtagestouren hat die Bezahlung 10 Tage vor Beginn der Tour zu erfolgen. Programmänderung; Sicherheit ist mein oberstes Gebot. Witterungseinflüsse kann ich nicht beeinflussen. In Absprache mit den Teilnehmern kann dontdreamgo deshalb kurzfristig Programm-, Gebiets- oder Routenänderungen vornehmen. Die definitive Entscheidung liegt immer bei dontdreamgo. Allfällige Mehrkosten für Reise und Unterkunft gehen dabei zu Lasten der Teilnehmer. Mindestteilnehmerzahl; dontdreamgo entscheidet über die Teilnehmerzahl, die Mindest- und die Höchstzahl. Eine Tour kann auch mit weniger Teilnehmenden als vorgesehen durchgeführt werden, wenn die angemeldeten Teilnehmer mit einem Aufpreis einverstanden sind. Rücktritt durch Teilnehmer; Bei Rücktritt bis 6 Tage vor Beginn 50% des Preises. 0 bis 6 Tage vor Beginn 100% des Preises. Der Rücktritt muss schriftlich mitgeteilt werden. Bricht der Teilnehmer eine Tour frühzeitig ab, besteht kein Anspruch auf Rückerstattung. Programmänderung; Eine Bergtour ist immer von den Bedingungen vor Ort abhängig. Das Risiko für Wetter oder ungünstige Tourenverhältnisse trägt der Teilnehmer mit. Sie müssen zu umfassenden Änderungen betreffend Programm, Gebiet, Anreise und Unterkunft bereit sein, denn die Sicherheit hat oberstes Priorität. Versicherung, Haftung und Schadenersatz; Als Wanderleiter biete ich den Teilnehmern während der Tour grösstmögliche Sicherheit. Beim Wandern und beim Schneeschuhlaufen ist jedoch ein Risiko nicht auszuschliessen. Mit der Anmeldung anerkennen meine Gäste diese Gefahren ausdrücklich und verzichten bezüglich dieses Risiko auf Schadenersatz- oder Haftungsansprüche an dontdreamgo. Ich empfehle die Mitgliedschaft Rega oder SAC. Gerichtsstand; Für alle Streitfälle, unabhängig von Schadenwert und Nationalität, sind ausschliesslich Schweizer Gerichte zuständig. Wallisellen ZH, 8. In consultation with the participants, dontdreamgo can therefore make changes to the programme, area or route at short notice. The final decision, however, always lies with dontdreamgo. Any additional costs for travel and accommodation will be borne by the participants. Cancellation by participants; in case of cancellation up to 10 days before the start 50% of the price. 0 to 9 days before the start 100% of the price. Withdrawal must be notified in writing. If the participant interrupts a tour early, there is no right to a refund. If a substitute guest is arranged, the cancellation costs are not applicable. Insurance, liability and compensation; As a hiking guide, I offer the participants the greatest possible safety during the tour. However, a risk cannot be excluded when hiking or snowshoeing. By registering, my guests expressly acknowledge these dangers and waive any claims for damages or liability to dontdreamgo with regard to this risk. I recommend the membership Rega or SAC.
